Experts from Neuro Device at BioMed Academy

Neuro Device became a mentor in the acceleration programme of the Polish Development Fund “BioMed Academy” addressed to innovative companies from the BioTech and MedTech sectors.

During the first day, Paweł, Luiza and Paulina talked about our company’s experience in overcoming challenges that young medical companies may face. Paweł talked about building a team in the spirit of Freedom Focused Company, an approach that supports the creation of innovation in technology organisations. Luiza presented how Neuro Device adapted SCRUM to hardware projects, while Paulina introduced the acceleration participants to Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies and talked about the latest trends in the biotechnology industry.
