Processing of personal data of clients and associates

Neuro Device Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Gen.Zajączka 28, as the administrator of personal data, informs clients and associates that the data are processed in order to enable the presentation of the services provided, the implementation of contact, and the information about the events organized by the administrator. The basis for processing your personal data is your consent and the legitimate interest of the controller in the performance of the contract and the direct marketing of products and services. Everyone has the right to access the contents of their data, delete them (unless otherwise provided), correct and transfer them, as well as to object to further processing of the data. In the case of data processed on the basis of a voluntarily granted consent, the right to revoke the consent shall apply, without affecting the processing carried out until that moment. Each person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the UODO in the event of failure on the part of the data controller to comply with the requirements laid down in the provisions on the protection of personal data. The data are processed for the duration of the company’s existence.
