LifeTone team at the HUBWeek Festival in Boston

The team representing the LifeTone project: Ewa Rutczyńska-Jamróz, Luiza Drygiel, and our CEO Paweł Soluch took part in the HUBWeek Innovation Festival held in early October in Boston. It is a prestigious event promoting ideas that change the world, to which we were invited as winners of this year’s edition of MITEF Poland (The MIT Enterprise Forum Start-up Acceleration Programme and Competition).

Our device was presented, among others, during the Showcase Demo Day, where the most promising projects, companies, and laboratories from around the world were shown. Participation in the event was also an opportunity to meet inspiring people and take part in a number of workshops.

LifeTone Baby Monitor is a small mobile device which, attached to a nappy, monitors the life functions of babies and very young children. It helps prevent many risks, such as cot death syndrome (SIDS). The project is currently in the prototype phase.
