Paweł Soluch’s lecture at the Research & Innovation Forum

On 13 November, Paweł Soluch gave a lecture as part of the 2nd Research & Innovation Forum organised by Puls Biznesu.

The subject of the lecture was: FFC – Freedom Focused Company, or how behavioural aspects and team management can influence your work in the R&D area. Paweł discussed the impact of diversity on teamwork, leadership and teaming; how brain processes can influence teamwork and how to use this knowledge in management. Using Neuro Device as an example, he talked about how to build and maintain an organisational culture for pioneering technology companies.
